No phone call or support request needed. Open secure billing, sign in with your billing email, then choose your subscription and confirm cancellation.
Your number will be deactivated.
Cancellation takes effect immediately after you confirm it in Stripe. We automatically deactivate your receptionist number when Stripe sends the cancellation confirmation, stopping new AI calls. A call already in progress may finish.
Turn off call forwarding with your phone carrier so missed calls return to your usual voicemail.
