For new customers: US$0 monthly fee for 30 days from Stripe signup, then US$19.00 USD/month automatically unless canceled. Call minutes cost US$0.19 from activation, including during the trial; no free minutes are included. Your saved card is charged US$10 after completed calls when usage reaches US$10. Remaining usage is collected at calendar month-end or cancellation, including during the trial. Balances under US$0.50 carry forward and are waived at cancellation.

Example: 100 connected minutes

During the trial: US$0 membership + US$19 call usage = US$19. After the trial: US$19 membership + US$19 call usage = US$38. All amounts are USD, before any applicable taxes.

With no previous usage balance: US$10 is collected for usage and US$9 is collected at month-end or cancellation. After the trial, the separate US$19 monthly membership payment is also due. Existing customers keep their agreed prices.

Every new setup includes your business-specific greeting, selected languages, organized call notes and secure report links. Recordings are optional below.

2. Calls & notifications

Recording starts only after verified explicit caller permission to record and share with my business. Permission questions are supported in all 41 listed languages. If permission cannot be verified, only written notes are provided. I authorize private recording links to be included in my call reports; links expire after 7 days. Callers can decline and still get help. Link expiry does not delete business or provider records; use Privacy & recordings below to contact support for a deletion request.

How should we send your completed-call summaries?

Email works with your delivery email. Text notifications require the phone number above with its country code. Verify your chosen recipient below to protect your private call reports.

Next: confirm a 30-day monthly-fee trial and save a card securely with Stripe. The monthly fee is US$0 for 30 days, then US$19.00 USD/month automatically. Calls cost US$0.19 USD per connected minute from activation, including during the trial. Usage is charged at US$10, at calendar month-end, or at cancellation. Balances below US$0.50 carry forward and are waived at cancellation. Stripe shows your paid billing date before you confirm.

After Stripe confirms signup, we reserve an available local number through Twilio. After every completed inbound call, we send a concise summary using your notification choice. Setup starts automatically after confirmed signup. We email the number only after the assistant and phone connection pass setup checks. Provider delays can extend activation time.
