BizzlinkAI Business call answering

Practical setup guide

AI Receptionist for Canadian & US Businesses

Set up missed-call answering for your Canadian or US business. Learn how call forwarding, US phone numbers, USD pricing and call reports work.

Keep your business number

BizzlinkAI answers calls you forward when you are busy, away or closed. Your customers can keep calling your existing business number. Configure conditional forwarding with your carrier so unanswered calls reach your receptionist; then test busy, unanswered and after-hours calls before promoting the service.

Serving Canada and the United States

Choose Canada or the United States during setup and enter your business details, hours and callback preferences. New automated setups use an available US telephone number. A Canadian business can forward calls to that number, but should check its carrier’s forwarding and long-distance rates first. Number availability and setup time can vary.

What happens when a customer calls?

The receptionist uses your business information to answer questions and capture the caller’s request. A home-service business can collect the service needed and preferred callback time; a real-estate office can collect a property inquiry. Appointment requests need confirmation from your team. The assistant does not replace professional advice or emergency services.

Clear pricing in US dollars

New customers pay US$0 in monthly fees for the first 30 days, then US$19 per month. Calls cost US$0.19 per minute from activation, including during the trial. A payment card is required; the trial does not include free call minutes. Canadian customers are also billed in US dollars, and their card issuer may apply currency-conversion charges. Existing customers retain their agreed billing terms.

Call reports and optional recordings

Choose email or text notifications and verify the destination during setup. Reports help your team follow up with callers. Recording is optional and off by default. Eligible audio is recorded and shared only after verified explicit caller permission; callers can decline and still receive help. See the privacy and billing information for details.

Before you go live

Enter accurate hours and services, select the languages your customers need, verify your notification address or number, and make a test call. Confirm that forwarding, the greeting and the delivered report work for your business. You can cancel through the website; any remaining usage is handled under the billing terms.
