Practical setup guide
Multilingual AI Receptionist for Business Calls
Choose one or multiple languages for your AI receptionist, including English, Punjabi, Hindi, French and Spanish. Learn how language selection and call reports work.
Let callers speak their preferred language
BizzlinkAI offers a choice of 41 service languages for businesses in Canada and the US. Select one or several during setup. English, Punjabi, Hindi, French, Spanish and Chinese are among the available options. Choose languages that match your customers, rather than enabling languages your business cannot support for follow-up.
How language selection works
The first selected language is used for the opening greeting. The receptionist can switch to another selected language when the caller speaks it or asks for it. Add clear business information and the correct pronunciation of names where useful, then test the languages you expect customers to use. Recognition quality can vary with accents, background noise and telephone audio.
Punjabi and Hindi call answering
A business serving Punjabi- or Hindi-speaking customers can select those languages alongside English. Callers can explain a service request or ask for a callback in a familiar language. Your team should still confirm important names, numbers and instructions during follow-up, especially where a misunderstanding could affect a customer.
French and Spanish alongside English
Canadian businesses can choose French and English; businesses serving Spanish-speaking callers can add Spanish. Language selection changes the conversation options, not your business hours, pricing or services. The receptionist collects appointment requests for your team to confirm, rather than promising an appointment is booked.
Recording remains a separate choice
Selecting a language does not enable recording. Recording is off by default and requires verified explicit permission to record and share with the business. Permission questions are supported in all 41 listed service languages. If permission cannot be verified, the call continues with written notes only. Callers can refuse or withdraw permission.
Try the experience before setup
Use the phone demo linked on the home page to try a short conversation with fictional details. For your own receptionist, test each selected language and check the delivered report. Avoid sharing payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information in a test call.
